Customer Care Representative

As a Customer Care Specialist, you'll play a vital role in helping our members understand the value of their memberships and providing them with the support they need to make informed decisions about their credit information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with credit-related memberships, services, and product offerings
- Advocate for solutions that provide reassurance and peace of mind to our members regarding their credit information
- Help members understand the benefits of their memberships and how to use them effectively
- Effectively handle escalated customer issues in a professional and timely fashion
- Receive customer requests for assistance, identify support needed, and provide assistance or forward requests to the appropriate functional area
Requirements:
- 6 months to 1 year of Inbound call handling experience
- High School Diploma
- Excellent English written and oral communications skills
- Able to keep consistent performance in a highly occupied environment
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities
- Advanced organizational skills
- Analytical thinking
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong PC/internet skills
