As a Customer Care Specialist, you'll play a vital role in helping our members understand the value of their memberships and providing them with the support they need to make informed decisions about their credit information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with credit-related memberships, services, and product offerings
  • Advocate for solutions that provide reassurance and peace of mind to our members regarding their credit information
  • Help members understand the benefits of their memberships and how to use them effectively
  • Effectively handle escalated customer issues in a professional and timely fashion
  • Receive customer requests for assistance, identify support needed, and provide assistance or forward requests to the appropriate functional area

Requirements:

  • 6 months to 1 year of Inbound call handling experience
  • High School Diploma
  • Excellent English written and oral communications skills
  • Able to keep consistent performance in a highly occupied environment
  • Detail-oriented
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities
  • Advanced organizational skills
  • Analytical thinking
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong PC/internet skills
