Job Description

The Product Support Specialist will actively provide strong product and market support to Product, Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams to drive revenue growth in the North American market. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting product enhancements and go-to-market plans to drive market input into the creation and ongoing development of product enhancements or new products and services.
  • Developing sales training and client-facing materials based on how Experian can solve client issues and market challenges.
  • Managing and maintaining external and internal facing marketing product documentation.
  • Ensuring product libraries are current relative to product collateral.
  • Supporting Product team to research billing/invoice requests and revenue tracking on a monthly basis.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5-7+ years of experience in product support, client services, or related field.
  • Solid understanding of the Financial Services industry (credit experience is preferred).
  • Strong communication skills and ability to interface with business, analytics, operations, systems, and marketing personnel.
  • High sense of urgency and ability to work well in a matrix environment.
  • Experience managing projects and multiple stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Resourceful and creative thinker.
  • Strong skills with PowerPoint, Excel, Word required; experience with Vizio and Salesforce a plus.

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000-$110,000 per year, depending on experience.
