The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality support to Pfizer colleagues through a multi-channel service support strategy.
Key responsibilities include:
- Facilitating virtual events and providing hands-and-eyes support for on-site video conferencing devices.
- Developing performance information reports (Infrastructure Dashboards) to reflect IT service delivery.
- Maintaining equipment inventory and ensuring an auditable record of all managed assets.
- Providing direct support to the Customer Experience team.
- Handling financial processing tasks, including purchase orders, vendor invoicing, and chargebacks.
- Analyzing processes and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Developing technical and business presentations for peers, management, and customers.
- Managing service escalations to resolution and identifying continuous improvement opportunities.
- Experience:
- 3+ years relevant experience as a business information technology professional in one or many roles, such as a service delivery manager, project manager, or business analyst.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Proficient in web conferencing solutions, such as Webex and MS Teams.
- Understanding of video conferencing equipment.
- Experience with Ariba, SAP, and Taulia.
- BASIC understanding of digital terms and IT platforms.
- Knowledge/understanding of finance principles and concepts.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Languages: Spanish and English, Brazilian Portuguese is a plus.
