About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Order Management and Projects Coordinator to join our team at Prysmian Group. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading company in the industry, where you will be responsible for managing customer interactions, implementing and maintaining interface tools, and ensuring timely and smooth management of business relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer interactions with existing and new interface tools and technologies, aiming to fulfill customer service expectations.
  • Develop, prepare, and share data and analysis to demonstrate the effectiveness of these business tools in terms of customer experience.
  • Review and interpret customer needs and feedback, translating them into solutions to improve customer experience.
  • Continuously develop product/client knowledge through internal and/or external trainings.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects impacting the department and the organization.
  • Interface with various departments within the company to meet customer needs and ensure timely delivery and accurate receipt of products.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field, or advanced student with equivalent years of experience in the area.
  • 2+ years of experience in job-related work, such as order and contract management, customer success and relationship management.
  • Experience in Project Management.
  • Intermediate to advanced English level (B1/B2).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel skills.
  • End-to-end customer service management.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a team.
  • Strategic thinking oriented to quality and continuous improvement.
Estimated Salary

$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
