Operations Coordinator

At Havas Group, we're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with general operations and administration across several POP studios.

- Onboard freelancers, coordinate with HR and IT for credentials.

- Manage and track expenses in a technical platform.

- Issue POs to vendors and aid in payment issues.

- Follow up and retrieve POs from agency partners.

- Assist in tracking studio revenue and client retainer spends.

- Track and report freelancer time.

- Assist with bi-weekly payroll reporting and process document creation.

Requirements & Skills:

- Excellent organizational and communication skills.

- Ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail.

- Familiarity with MS Office and Google Applications.

Education:

- Bachelor's Degree in administration or related field.

Contract Type:

Permanent
