Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Project Coordinator to join our team at Havas Group. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional projects within set timelines and budget constraints.

Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate will oversee the complete project lifecycle, managing delays and interdependencies. You will develop and coordinate cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative work environment, establish effective project communication channels and processes, collaborate with stakeholders to ensure adequate resource allocation, and manage project estimation, planning, and profitability.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need 2+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of managing resources, coordinating timelines, and allocating forecast and deliverables. B2-equivalent English skills or higher are also required.

Preferred Qualifications

Candidates with experience in digital marketing, programming, or digital design backgrounds, as well as those with Project Management or Scrum Master certification, are strongly encouraged to apply.

Compensation

We offer a competitive salary in the range of $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career growth and professional development.
