Digital Assets Coordinator

Job Description:

In this role, you will work as part of the Digital Asset Management (DAM) team at Havas Group.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collect source files from various locations and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely collection.
2. Review and update metadata information for the collected files, and coordinate with stakeholders to obtain missing information when necessary.
3. Ingest digital assets into the client's DAM tool following the client's process.
4. Perform formal submission of uploaded jobs to the client's DAM team, copying relevant stakeholders from the agency and local lead.
5. Follow up with the client's DAM team to ensure prompt approval of submitted jobs.
6. Report progress of each task in the control tool and inform stakeholders about milestones achieved and any information or assets needed.
7. Maintain the status of each task in the control tool and respond promptly to agency stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in PC or Mac operating systems.
• Broad knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and familiarity with various file formats, including video formats.
• Excellent organization and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize a large volume of work effectively and efficiently under tight deadlines.
• Attention to detail, with a high degree of accuracy and analytical skills.
• Able to use good judgment when performing tasks and solve problems independently, determining when to escalate issues for assistance.
• Excellent communication skills in English, as well as interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain positive, respectful, and professional relationships with team members, other departments, clients, and vendors.

Preferred Qualifications:

• College degree.
• Broad knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and familiarity with various file formats, including video formats.
• Digital design, website development, video, or any other digital marketing background.
• Previous experience with digital asset management tools, such as Canvas, Veeva, Aprimo, or Fuze.
