This role performs end-to-end billing process root cause analysis on claims submitted by the Collections Team to identify and implement solutions for existing and potential issues affecting invoicing accuracy.
The successful candidate will be responsible for processing credits and rebills to amend incorrect invoices generated when disputes are deemed valid. Additionally, they will provide feedback and supporting documentation to the Collector/Sales justifying the reason why no correction can be produced.
The outcome of this position serves as an instrument for Management's decision making to enhance current processes and fix any system issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work dispute cases daily and respond within Service Level Agreements
- Respond to requests and maintain open communication between teams and other departments
- Contact internal or external parties when required to enable dispute resolution
- Maintain up-to-date dispute follow-up comments in designated software
- Proactively monitor dispute patterns and notify Management of any alerts
- Prepare, review, and organize paperwork for disputes resolved
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Advanced English proficiency (B2+)
- 1 year's experience in finance, customer services, or administration
- Microsoft Excel knowledge: pivot tables, formulas, etc.
- Microsoft Outlook knowledge
