**Job Description:*
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying barriers to success and proactively addressing them.
- Understand end-user requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.
- Apply project management methodologies to drive results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and support CAPAS, UAT development, and QMS processes.
- Create new processes and map existing ones into diagrams and written documentation.
- Work with engineers to integrate maps into workflow systems and optimize functionality.
- Cultivate business requirements and drive continuous improvement within the organization.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A customer-first attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management and teamwork abilities.
- Decision-making, communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Familiarity with office tools, including Excel, macros, pivot tables, and Power Automate.
- English language proficiency.
