The Finance Manager, FP&A is a key finance business partner to the Global Operations organization.
This role will support our Costa Rica operations, take ownership of COGS and OPEX, and be a core member of our Global Corporate FP&A team.
Essential Job Functions  * Lead the process to accomplish rolling forecast, annual budget and long-range forecast for the Operations departments for both COGS and operating expenses.
* Partner with senior business leaders to review actuals, analyze variance, identify trends and provide recommendations to drive forecast execution and accuracy and actionable recommendations to senior management.
* Identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement.
* Effectively collaborate cross-functionally to plan and execute initiatives * Perform monthly and quarterly close responsibilities including preparation of accruals, variance analysis, reporting and audit support * Provide mentoring to develop junior team members  Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field  * 10 years of experience in combination FP&A, finance or analytical role * Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel * Familiarity with planning software such as Adaptive or Anaplan * Understanding of GAAP accounting and financial statements * Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with internal customers  * Team player with strong work ethic
