Job Description:

This role involves handling inbound inquiries of moderate scope and complexity within customer service areas, such as Account Management, Upselling, Customer Issue Resolution, Customer Inquiry Support, Customer Service Analytics.

You will interact with individuals such as patients, family members, physicians, skilled nursing facilities, and other healthcare professionals, enhancing our customers experience with their healthcare needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls from customers to assist them with open orders and other tasks.
  • Analyze callers' requests using critical thinking to determine next steps.
  • Determine the best solution for our customers based on guidelines and expertise.
  • Support other workstreams within the organization by providing corresponding information to callers or redirecting to the correct team.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Advanced English (oral and written) C1.
  • Flexible & Adaptable - with schedule, workflow processes and priorities.
  • Positive customer service and team-oriented attitude.
