Your role will involve communicating with decision-makers and building relationships with potential customers to present Workday's innovative solutions to businesses, offering new paths to operational efficiency and growth.

About the Role:

  • You will deploy various prospecting strategies across target accounts, partnering with Account Executives to build a quality pipeline for Workday.
  • You will contact potential customers and share Workday's value messaging, discovering the needs of the prospect and their organization.

Requirements:

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is essential.
  • 1+ years of relevant work experience, preferably with internships in prospecting, inside sales, business development, high technology exposure, marketing, direct sales, or IT consulting.
  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • You should be highly motivated, tenacious, and possess strong organizational skills.
  • You should be able to hold resourceful and significant executive-level conversations.
  • Familiarity with Outreach and ZoomInfo is a plus.

The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000-$110,000 annually, depending on location and experience. This figure is based on industry standards and local market conditions.
