About the Role:
The Stt Group is seeking an Employee Lifecycle Management Specialist to join our team. As an ELM Specialist, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive expertise on Roche Workday end-to-end business processes.
You will create and update test scenarios scripts in preparation for testing phases and complete system data setup in preparation or as part of test scenario execution for project test phases. Additionally, you will provide primary support for data migration activities and collaborate with the data migration analyst, system experts, and PTB team to complete activities.
Key responsibilities include pulling Workday reports to support data migration analyses, analyzing Workday reports against Local reports from the legacy system(s) to identify data set for data reconciliation in Workday, and upholding data migration methodology and commitment to data quality as defined by the project.
Requirements:
- Roche Workday process expertise and experience
- Ability to easily navigate through the system
- Proficient knowledge of Excel and ability to complete data analyses
- Proactive thinker and proficient at multitasking
- Team player, self-starter, accountable, communicative
Benefits:
