**Job Summary**:

- **Application and Resume must be in English**

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Full cycle recruitment, sourcing, interviewing to hiring.
- Responsible for posting and understanding the job market and finding best ROI on job posting and job boards.
- Manage relationships and network with technical schools and universities to build a hiring pool.
Join different associations and job fairs to cultivate relationships.
- Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and develop workforce planning strategies.
- Use analytical reports to make effective hiring decisions, understanding the skills needed in the plant and the different roles.
- Use Softland HCM to run analytics.
- Manage talent performance management tool for Terramix, by training and aligning employees to our performance review schedule.
- Work with department heads to identify development opportunities for each function.
- Review attrition and turnover per department to understand root causes of departure and advise management on implementing solutions.
- Partner with current HR team and provide support by establishing a standard successful onboarding program for all new hires.
- Other duties as opportunities arise in the HR realm when managing employee's lifecycle.
**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or related field.
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in manufacturing
- Experience hiring within the industrial sector
- Experience with Softland HCM
- Demonstrate knowlege of all Microsoft products, excel, word, outlook and power point.
- Strong facilitation, influencing and conflict resolution skills
- High sense of urgency and ability to work under pressure
- English proficiency: Level B1+
