Your Key Responsibilities Talent Sourcing and Management Screen Applications: Evaluate incoming applications, videos, and case studies within 48 hours to maintain a smooth recruitment flow.
Conducting Interviews: Interviews will be a large part of your day-to-day, allowing you to build strong relationships with candidates while ensuring a seamless, high-quality hiring process.
Build Relationships: Engage with candidates authentically, being fully present and creating a positive, professional experience for them.
Candidate Coaching: Provide feedback and guidance to help candidates refine their profiles, case studies, and interview performance.
EA Matching: Identify and recommend the best matches for clients, ensuring seamless onboarding and alignment with client goals.
Process Optimization and Collaboration Refine Processes: Maintain SOPs to streamline hiring operations.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work with Client Onboarding, Growth, and EA Success teams to enhance systems and ensure smooth handovers.
Employer Branding: Partner with the Growth team to attract quality candidates through consistent and engaging branding initiatives.
