Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering education strategies, materials, and tools to enhance recruiter effectiveness.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver training curriculum for onboarding new resources, as well as training for new or changed processes.
  • Provide ongoing coaching to recruiters as needed.
  • Drive recruiter adoption and utilization of Workday, recruitment tools, and digital technologies.
  • Evaluate regional recruitment impacts and develop stakeholder awareness and engagement.
  • Support local implementation and training of new digital solutions and recruitment process outsourcing.
  • Define and measure effectiveness, advise on strategies to influence change, and ensure successful adoption of core practices.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in related fields such as Training, Recruiting, or HR operations.
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Knowledge Management experience: design; planning and execution activities.
  • Proven written and verbal communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to weigh multiple customer impacts and recommend solutions aligned to business priorities.
  • Ability to problem solve in order to address complex issues.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver cross-functional results in an integrated, collaborative manner.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of organization.

Nice To Have:

  • Experience delivering onboarding and talent acquisition services.
  • Experience participating in process and user experience design.
  • Learning or training background
  • Workday or other ATS experience
