**Job Description:**
We are seeking a skilled Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Developer to join our team at Joby Aero, Inc. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with CATIA automation, data integrations, and PLM analytics.
As a PLM Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing new enhancements, requirements, automations, and integrations. You will work closely with different teams to understand challenges within the platform and come up with resolutions in the form of new processes, automation, or enhancements.
The successful candidate will have:
- Extensive experience with CATIA automation to reduce redundant effort and errors;
- Ability to create training materials, best practices, and conduct training sessions for business users;
- Strong experience in Java enterprise platform and related technologies;
- Good understanding of 3DEXPERIENCE/ENOVIA fundamentals, data model, and system architecture;
- Excellent problem-solving techniques and analytical ability.
Additionally, the ideal candidate should have a strong work ethic, team-oriented attitude, and excellent communication skills.
