Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Back Office Customer Service Lead to join our team at Huntsman Corporation. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, and driving business growth.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in customer service, inside sales, and/or supply chain, preferably in chemicals or manufacturing. They will possess excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, as well as proficiency in SAP/ERP software processes.

The successful candidate will lead a team of customer service representatives, coaching and motivating them to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) targets. They will identify opportunities to increase overall team performance and efficiency, administer annual reviews, and ensure the team has the knowledge and skills to meet customer expectations.

As a leader, you will develop and maintain strong, collaborative customer relationships, ensuring customer orders are correctly processed, including invoices, pricing, shipping, and deliveries. You will also manage escalated customer service issues, monitor and manage customer KPIs and scorecards, and drive service-level improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of customer service representatives to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Develop and implement process and system improvements to drive business growth
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on customer interactions and feedback
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive implementation of service improvements
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering
  • 5 years of professional experience in customer service, inside sales, and/or supply chain
  • Commercial exposure, proven track record in supply planning / production planning
  • Order Management experience required
  • SAP/ERP software process knowledge advantage
What We Offer

Huntsman offers a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career advancement.
