About the Job

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to oversee the front office operations, ensuring seamless guest experiences and exceptional customer service standards.

The estimated salary for this role is approximately $43,500 - $63,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.

Job Responsibilities
  • Process guest check-ins, verifying identity and payment information while assigning rooms and issuing keys.
  • Set up accurate accounts for each guest based on their requirements, ensuring rates match market codes and documenting exceptions.
  • Secure payments prior to issuing room keys, verify/adjust billing, and compile daily reports/logs.
  • Accommodate guest requests by contacting relevant staff members when necessary and following up to ensure needs are met.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; related work experience preferred.
  • At least 1 year of supervisory experience and strong leadership skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues in a professional manner.
