Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled Retail Analyst Level I to join our customer support team at Auxis. This role involves managing incident and request queues, assigning tickets as appropriate, and providing first-level contact to customers.

About the Position

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mind, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders. You will be responsible for:

  • Managing incident and request queues for Auxis clients
  • Assigning tickets as appropriate and providing first-level contact to customers
  • Escalating unresolved queries to the next level of support
  • Utilizing excellent customer service skills to exceed customers' expectations
  • Ensuring proper recording, documentation, and closure
  • Recommended procedure modifications or improvements
  • Acquiring and maintaining knowledge of relevant product offerings, current support policies, and methods of support delivery

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (oral and written)
  • No prior experience required, but at least 1 year of technical support experience is preferred
  • Knowledge or training on best practices or IT frameworks, such as ITIL
  • A high school diploma and excellent communication skills
  • Demonstrated experience in providing high levels of customer satisfaction and performance in a high transaction volume/high demand environment is preferred
  • A good presentation and polite, tactful, and friendly character
