Role Summary
We are seeking a skilled Retail Analyst Level I to join our customer support team at Auxis. This role involves managing incident and request queues, assigning tickets as appropriate, and providing first-level contact to customers.
About the Position
The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mind, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders. You will be responsible for:
- Managing incident and request queues for Auxis clients
- Assigning tickets as appropriate and providing first-level contact to customers
- Escalating unresolved queries to the next level of support
- Utilizing excellent customer service skills to exceed customers' expectations
- Ensuring proper recording, documentation, and closure
- Recommended procedure modifications or improvements
- Acquiring and maintaining knowledge of relevant product offerings, current support policies, and methods of support delivery
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (oral and written)
- No prior experience required, but at least 1 year of technical support experience is preferred
- Knowledge or training on best practices or IT frameworks, such as ITIL
- A high school diploma and excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated experience in providing high levels of customer satisfaction and performance in a high transaction volume/high demand environment is preferred
- A good presentation and polite, tactful, and friendly character
