About the Role:

Auxis is seeking an experienced Customer Service Lead to join our team. As a key member of our client services department, you will be responsible for managing a team of professionals, providing coaching and guidance, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage team productivity and utilization, focusing on client-specific KPIs and goals.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Service Supervisor to establish and monitor workflow efficiencies.
  • Support the administration of management tasks, including payroll, separations, leaves of absence, and onboarding new hires.

What We're Looking For:

  • English-Spanish language proficiency (oral and written).
  • High school diploma required; previous experience leading teams and personnel essential.
  • Strong leadership skills, including influencing others, developing team members, and managing conflict.
  • Proven ability to lead through change and make informed decisions.
