At Workday, we're committed to innovation and excellence in customer experience. As a Technical Account Manager, you'll be part of our team that's dedicated to providing proactive and personalized support experiences for customers requiring higher engagement levels.

We're looking for a skilled professional who can build strong relationships with our largest strategic accounts, manage multiple accounts simultaneously, and drive customer self-sufficiency. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring business objectives alignment within teams, acting as the primary point of contact for customers, and advocating within Support and internal teams
  • Working with senior leadership, technical, and functional staff to remove roadblocks, address delays, and mitigate issues
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives for production customers, participating in customer steering committee meetings, and championing and advocating for customers with internal and external stakeholders
