About the Role

This US-based global role will serve as a trusted advisor to ServiceNow partners, assisting in the development of successful ServiceNow SPM Practices.

As a Strategic Partnerships Manager, you'll drive cross-functional collaboration to execute Practice growth strategies, ensuring partners have access to the assets and training they need to successfully go-to-market and implement ServiceNow products/solutions.

You'll conduct Practice building and Practice Validation sessions, enhance quality metrics, provide insights to Alliance teams, maintain and report key metrics, and support escalations related to partner-led SPM implementations.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 5+ years' work experience managing or developing sales and delivery Practices, either as a Partner or software vendor;
  • A background working in the IT Services space with related business expertise;
  • Demonstrable experience in building or leading services delivery Practices, with an understanding of the key components of a successful Practice;
  • Software industry domain expertise (preferably SaaS), and the ability to understand complex technology problems;
  • A strategic thinker, execution-oriented, with experience driving cross-functional programs or processes;
  • Ability to build long-term strategic relationships and work collaboratively with partner execs and ACE leaders across the ecosystem;
  • Strong communication skills, able to convey complex ideas in a clear, concise manner, both verbally and written;
  • Self-starter, adaptable, and flexible, able to work and thrive in a highly dynamic environment;
  • Strong team player and independent thinker;
  • Willing to travel at least 50%.

Salary Range

$120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
