**Job Overview:**
We are looking for a skilled Customer Support Representative to join our team at Teleperformance Costa Rica. As an agent, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling incoming calls and providing timely solutions to their inquiries.
**Responsibilities:**
- Answer customer calls and respond to their queries in a professional and courteous manner
- Resolve problems efficiently and effectively, using your active listening skills and empathy to understand customer needs
**Requirements:**
- English language proficiency level B2 (85% or higher)
- Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in Windows environment and typing
- High School degree or equivalent
- Previous work experience is an asset
**Working Conditions:**
