Your Role
As a Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for working with both inbound and outbound customer contacts in a fun and team-oriented environment. Your tasks will include providing a positive and supportive experience for every customer, answering questions about their treatment, contacting customers to remind them to continue with the treatment process, and taking ownership of first contact resolution in all customer interactions.

- English proficiency C1 (Written and Speaking) required
