About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Customer Service Support Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Your primary focus will be on providing timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded. You will work closely with our internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide guidance on diverse customer situations.

  • Re-assign work focus from one activity to another based on queue monitoring.
  • Progress workload in cases of backlog occurrence.
  • Maintain SLA compliance by assisting FSC with accurate and timely dispatch.

You will also be responsible for managing customer issues related to Service Request management, entitlement, and dispatching. This includes receiving customer requests, preparing documents/trouble tickets, updating databases, and recording/reporting status.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver post-sales support and solutions to customers.
  • Resolve non-technical customer inquiries via phone and electronic means.
  • Facilitate customer relationships with Support and provide advice to internal employees.
  • Manage customer issues related to Service Request management, entitlement, and dispatching.
