- Engaging with Sales Reps to review opportunity transactions, booking documents, and quotes for open deals before critical periods
- Troubleshooting system errors and developing clear instructions to help Sales Reps resolve issues quickly
- Supporting Sales in completing quotes and providing training when necessary
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date account information through research, manual correction, or automation tools
- Ensuring seamless system access for Sales teams and addressing any ongoing issues
- Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive process efficiency and improve overall performance
- Reconciling discrepancies between orders submitted by Sales and reported bookings and revenues received from Finance
