Lead Generation and Demand Generation Specialist

The Brokerkit Demand Generation Team is seeking a talented Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. As a core component of our team, you will play a key role in managing technology and data for outbound prospecting and inbound leads.
Responsibilities include:
- Implementing tech solutions for optimal lead generation and seamless integration with existing systems
- Using research tools to build prospect lists, supplement databases, and maintain lead databases
- Overseeing and optimizing lead generation campaigns for Brokerkit and individual accounts
- Monitoring lead progress within the CRM, initiating task-based alerts for appointment readiness
- Integrating new lead sources into customer accounts
- Generating concise weekly reports for Brokerkit prospecting and monthly reports for each account
Qualifications:

- Minimum 1-year lead generation experience
- Proficient in tech-savvy lead generation and campaign management
- Organized researcher, identifying high-potential outbound leads
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-driven, and motivated to uncover new business opportunities and nurture customer relationships
- Adept at leveraging data and analytics for lead-generation strategies
- Ability to work in a high-energy sales team environment and independently
Preferred Qualifications:
- Residential real estate experience will be strongly considered
- Funnel building and conversion rate optimization
- PPC/social ads
- Content marketing & SEO
What We Offer:
- The compensation will be $5-10 USD per hour commensurate with experience
- This is a full-time (40 hours per week Monday-Friday) remote role as an international contractor, and you will be paid in USD which will be deposited in your local account in your local currency
