Job Description
We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team as a Package Center Operations Lead. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills and a passion for logistics.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily activities of package center operations, including meeting service commitments and improving center performance. They will work closely with the management team to develop and execute operating plans that achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
- Manage and maintain a safe and healthy work environment
- Provide coaching and feedback to employees to improve their performance
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent
- At least 5 years of experience in logistics or operations
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
