The Impact You'll Make
As an Accounts Receivable and Financial Dispute Analyst, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by:
- Leveraging your analytical skills to resolve customer issues and improve payment processes.
- Partnering with customers and internal teams to analyze and resolve credit and returns complaints.
- Analyzing and working to identify payment deductions from customers to determine root cause and implement preventative action plans.
- Checking and analyzing customer orders according to credit policies and customer status to release or maintain hold for past due/delinquent accounts.
Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Minimum of Two (2) combined years of experience in customer service, accounts receivable, accounts payable, finance, supply chain, or sales experience.
- Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university in fields such as business administration, finance, accounting, economics.
Salary
The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
