Executive Office Manager for Global Operations

Elevate your career with Equifax as an Executive Office Manager for Global Operations We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team and support the GSS SVP & Site Leader in managing the variety of responsibilities and appointments.
About the Role:
- You will manage the GSS SVP & Site Leader's calendar, coordinate domestic and international travel, and prepare and submit expense reports on behalf of the executive in a timely manner
- Ensure seamless office operations, including managing the agenda and events of the executive, coordinating the execution of events, and maintaining a properly organized environment for meetings
- Provide exceptional support to the GSS SVP & Site Leader, handling highly sensitive and confidential execution information, and ensuring appropriate actions and communication to the relevant stakeholders
- Liaise with T&E stakeholders and providers to ensure efficient travel arrangements
- Develop and prepare high-level strategic presentations, communications, speeches, keynotes, memos, reports, decision briefings, and background information
- Support multiple projects simultaneously, tracking key deliverables and milestones
- Maintain strategic relationships with peer executive assistants, organizing relevant meetings/events with executives across the organization
- Create purchase orders and process invoices related to activities sponsored by the executive
Requirements:
- 7+ years of high-level, complex executive administration work experience at senior level and high-tech industries
- Supporting a senior-level executive in a corporate setting is preferred
- University degree in any Business Administration, Communications, or Organizational related field is desirable
- Languages: High proficiency in Spanish and English language is a must, Advanced level (Written and Verbal)
