Job Description
The Global Account Operations Manager at Hewlett Packard plays a vital role in managing the operational aspects of large accounts with global or regional reach. Key responsibilities include planning and leading business analyses to provide recommendations to sales teams and business units, collaborating with other functions to resolve operational issues, and representing customer/partner needs to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Requirements
- First-level university degree or equivalent experience; advanced university degree preferred
- 6-10 years of related experience preferably in supply chain, customer service, procurement, or financial management
- 2-4 years of experience supporting global/regional accounts or large complex domestic accounts
- Project management experience preferred
- Finance or Accounting experience preferred
Essential Skills
- Strong leadership and communication skills to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
- In-depth understanding of core HP businesses and revenue cycle
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office tools particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Strong collaboration and networking skills to reach business objectives in support of customer/partner requirements
