Enterprise Account Manager

We are looking for an Enterprise Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing relationships with our enterprise clients, ensuring their success and growth.
As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will work closely with our partner delivery support team to resolve complex process support issues, proactively assist clients to avoid or reduce problem occurrence, participate in projects, and provide resolution and feedback based on analysis.
You will be the subject matter expert for enterprise clients, working independently while using standard protocol to respond to complex support issues. You will also be responsible for participating in projects and providing resolution and feedback based on analysis.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, especially written English, and excellent spelling skills in English. They will also be reliable and dependable, able to work independently and in a team environment.
The successful candidate will have advanced English language skills, both written and spoken. They will also have at least 1 year of contract support or operations/support experience.
This role is a daily schedule from Monday through Friday, and requires the ability to work under pressure. The candidate should be adaptable to different countries and culture requirements.
