High-Level Administrative Assistant to Senior Executives

We're looking for a highly organized and self-motivated individual to join our team as an Executive Office Manager for Global Operations. As a personal assistant to the GSS SVP & Site Leader, you'll be responsible for managing a wide array of advanced administrative and executive level support-related tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the GSS SVP & Site Leader's calendar, coordinate domestic and international travel, and prepare and submit expense reports on behalf of the executive in a timely manner
- Ensure seamless office operations, including managing the agenda and events of the executive, coordinating the execution of events, and maintaining a properly organized environment for meetings
- Analyze, summarize, and channel highly sensitive and confidential execution information, ensuring appropriate actions and communication to the relevant stakeholders
- Organize meetings and meetings content, prepare and distribute meeting minutes, and provide follow-up
- Liaise with T&E stakeholders and providers to ensure efficient travel arrangements
- Develop and prepare high-level strategic presentations, communications, speeches, keynotes, memos, reports, decision briefings, and background information
- Support multiple projects simultaneously, tracking key deliverables and milestones
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with peer executive assistants, organizing relevant meetings/events with executives across the organization
- Create purchase orders and process invoices related to activities sponsored by the executive
Requirements:
- 7+ years of high-level, complex executive administration work experience at senior level and high-tech industries
- Supporting a senior-level executive in a corporate setting is preferred
- University degree in any Business Administration, Communications, or Organizational related field is desirable
- Languages: High proficiency in Spanish and English language is a must, Advanced level (Written and Verbal)
