Job Summary
In this role, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing senior-level meetings and events. This includes scheduling meetings, reserving meeting space, ordering catering, planning dinners, developing agendas, and providing preparation. You will also be required to draft and edit communications on behalf of executives, utilize communication skills with internal and external contacts, and create comprehensive travel packages for business travel.
Main Responsibilities
Meeting Planning: Plan, organize, and manage senior-level meetings and eventsCommunication Support: Draft and edit communications on behalf of executivesTravel Arrangements: Create comprehensive travel packages for business travelSchedule Management: Manage the executive's schedule, making decisive, independent decisions to ensure time is maximized and allocated to the highest priorities and impact areasCollaboration: Work collaboratively with internal teams to achieve common goalsRequirements
To be successful in this role, you will need 1-2 years of experience in a similar field, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work well within a team environment. You should also have advanced English language skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
