About This Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Administrative Assistant to join our team in Costa Rica. As a key member of our global operations team, you will provide administrative support to clients, including Kyndryl executives and managers.
In this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks, including managing calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing correspondence. You will also be expected to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You should be highly organized, proactive, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to clients, including Kyndryl executives and managers
- Manage calendars, coordinate travel arrangements, and prepare correspondence
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Work independently and as part of a team
- Be highly organized, proactive, and able to prioritize tasks effectively
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- At least one year of experience in a multinational area
- At least one year of experience as an administrative assistant
- At least one year of experience in customer service
- Advanced English language skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
