We are seeking a skilled Collections Operations Supervisor to lead a team of collectors and ensure the performance of the work group. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in managing teams and collections B2B, with a strong understanding of business administration and finances. Additionally, they will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to negotiate and advise on the collection of overdue bills.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise a team of 4-5 members and ensure they meet production goals and comply with company standards.
- Manage the AR portfolio, performing analysis, research, review, and resolution of past-due and special long-term due accounts.
- Prepare all analysis, reconciliations, and management reporting accurately by deadlines.
**Requirements**
- 2+ years of experience in managing teams and collections B2B.
- English fluency (B2+/C1) and advanced Excel skills (80%).
- Fluency in French language and experience with Salesforce or Oracle are a plus.
