Empowering businesses across Latin America to thrive in the digital age is at the heart of Microsoft's mission. As a Data & AI Sales Lead, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating the shared sales growth motions for Data & AI across all subsidiaries in the region.

Responsibilities
  • People Management:

- Foster a culture of empowerment and accountability within your team by modeling, coaching, and caring for each member's growth and success.

- Develop and implement strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent, ensuring each individual's capabilities and aspirations are recognized and nurtured.

- Promote a collaborative work environment where team members feel empowered to adapt, learn, and thrive.

  • Scaling Customer Engagements:

- Identify and engage with key customer technical decision makers and influencers, proactively collaborating with the sales team to drive results.

- Coach and enable the team to recognize and address technical obstacles, leveraging industry knowledge, leadership skills, and trends from other customer engagements.

- Build credibility with customers through expert demonstrations and position solutions against competitors, empowering teams to influence customer decisions and ensure technical wins.

- Align goals across solution areas and facilitate cross-selling opportunities, managing the flow of wins and leveraging broad knowledge of processes, tools, and programs.

- Anticipate and address future potential blockers, driving resolution through local and global escalation and promoting proactive engagement.

  • Scaling Through Partners:

- Maximize area-level capacity and capabilities through scaling partner networks, identifying gaps, and promoting Microsoft within the ecosystem.

- Raise escalations or alleviate blockers through collaboration with manager-level counterparts in cross-functional groups, building competitive knowledge and expertise.

- Coach and oversee demonstrations of solutions, positioning them against competitors and guiding teams on Microsoft standards.

- Design approaches to promote product usage and analyze, develop, and implement action plans to enhance customer adoption of key/prioritized Microsoft solutions/products.
