We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Solution Architect to join our team at Microsoft Corporation. This role offers an exciting opportunity to assist customers with Microsoft solutions and partners, driving their digital transformation and business goals.
The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Proficiency in Azure Fundamentals Certified or equivalent knowledge is also required. Additionally, Spanish and English Professional Working Proficiency is necessary.
This position involves working collaboratively with account and partner teams to drive and qualify new opportunities, identifying customer business and technology readiness, and building external stakeholders' mapping. You will also contribute to developing partner strategies, implement close plans, and coach junior team members in deal plan execution.
As a Cloud Solution Architect, you will spend 40% of your time on customer-facing activities, including developing new Azure migration and modernization consumption engagements. You will work with partners and others at Microsoft, using core tools and targeted account lists to identify and engage prioritized customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- 40% of your time will be spent on customer-facing activities, including developing new Azure migration and modernization consumption engagements.
- 40% of your time will be dedicated to being the key technical leader, providing guidance on cloud economics, and shaping customer decisions.
- 20% of your time will be focused on managing your territory and investing in your own skills to remain top of your game.
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience.
- OR Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field AND 5+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience.
- Azure Fundamentals Certified or equivalent knowledge.
- Spanish and English Professional Working Proficiency.
