We are seeking an experienced Senior Team Leader, Customer Service, to lead our team in San Jose, CR02 building. This is a permanent, full-time position with a hybrid working schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to provide customers with exceptional customer service and low effort interactions.
  • Lead and develop a team of Customer Service Specialists through coaching, mentoring, professional development, and performance feedback.
  • Manage and coordinate activities of CSS within the group to ensure alignment of business goals, strategies, and customer satisfaction programs.
  • Deliver prompt, accurate processing of customer orders, inquiries, and resolve issues with corrective action plans.
  • Support CSS with overflow work as required and drive continuous process improvement programs.
  • Ensure consistent SAP utilization and recommend enhancements within customer service functions.

Requirements:

  • BA or BS degree or equivalent experience within Logistics, Supply Chain, Imports, and customer-centric organizations.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years in a supervisory role with strong communication, problem-solving, and organization skills.
  • Team leader with detailed orientation, decision-making capabilities, and knowledge of imports and exports.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to negotiate and resolve supply chain issues.
