About the Role:
The Process Excellence Manager will be responsible for:
Identifying and analyzing existing business processes across various departments and regions.
Developing detailed process maps, flowcharts, and value-stream maps to visualize end-to-end processes.
Analyzing and evaluating processes for effectiveness and efficiency, and identifying areas for improvement.
Working closely with cross-functional teams to validate and enhance process documentation.
Establishing KPIs for processes and regularly assessing performance.
What You Will Need:
3+ years of experience in program or project management.
Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL.
Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.
3+ years of experience in business process mapping with process tools like MS Visio.
