Job Requirements

We are seeking a Customer Service Manager to join our team. As a key member of our customer service unit, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of customer service representatives to ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Developing and implementing process improvements to enhance customer experience.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
  • Escalating issues to the appropriate person or entity for resolution according to escalation procedures.

You will also be responsible for coaching and mentoring team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service.
