Job Summary
">This is a full-time opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Guest Experience Expert at the Fairfield by Marriott San Jose Airport Alajuela.
">The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide exceptional service to our guests.
">We offer a competitive salary of $40,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for advancement within the company.

">Responsibilities
">As a Guest Experience Expert, you will be responsible for:

- Providing personalized service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded">
- Processing operational needs and addressing guest requests in a timely and efficient manner">
- Completing reports and sharing highlights of the local area with our guests">
- Assisting guests with loading/unloading vehicles and transporting luggage to and from guest rooms and/or designated bell area">
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards and procedures">
Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you must have:

- A high school diploma or equivalent required; some college education preferred">
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in the hospitality industry">
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills">
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask">
- Physical stamina to stand, sit, and move around for extended periods">
