We are seeking a skilled Client Service specialist to join our team at Bacardi Enterprise Services. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact between BES and the markets, responsible for strengthening communication, strategy, and issue resolution. The ideal candidate will have experience in finance and accounting, proficiency in major ERP platforms, and strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
You will work closely with the operation team to engage in front-line troubleshooting and perform accounting analysis. Additionally, you will be responsible for proposing process changes, driving necessary analysis, and developing market understanding. If you are a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate and build effective relationships across all levels of the organization, we encourage you to apply.
Requirements
- University degree in Business/Accounting or related discipline
- Fluency in English and Spanish (C1 level)
- Experience in finance and accounting, preferably in the spirits and FMCG industry
- Proficiency in major ERP platforms, such as SAP and Cognos Controller, and MS Office, particularly MS Excel
- Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills
