Job Description

The Risk & Compliance Lead Associate/Expert will be responsible for ensuring appropriate internal controls are designed and documented for processes and markets supported by SSC.

Key responsibilities include monitoring and testing internal controls performance over time, with special focus on SOX controls periodic assessment.

The successful candidate will assist in US GAAP audit of Group entities, including gathering data, preparation of various reconciliations, review of schedules prepared by other SSC teams, communication with the audit team.

Additionally, they will assist in statutory financial statements audit of Group entities, including liaising with all stakeholders, tracking multiple information requests, assessing audit outcome, resolving issues identified (if any), identifying opportunities for process improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Degree in Finance / Accounting
  • Professional accountancy qualification
  • 5 years of experience in accounting / audit (experience with a Big 4 firm considered a plus)
  • Knowledge of US GAAP considered a plus
  • Knowledge of SAP considered a plus
