The Job

We are currently seeking a seasoned Contract and Compliance Specialist to join our team in Costa Rica. As a critical member of our legal department, you will play a vital role in shaping our compliance strategies and ensuring seamless contract execution.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Drafting, editing, and summarizing contracts, powers of attorney, and corporate documentation
  • Providing guidance on basic Costa Rica legal matters, including employment, tax, real estate, and supply chain
  • Ensuring high accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • 4-7 years of experience in basic Costa Rica legal matters
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus
