The selected candidate will join a dynamic team in the role of Quality Assurance and Compliance Specialist and be responsible for ensuring that facilities work meets contractual, procedural, and regulatory requirements within a cGMP culture environment.
Responsibilities:
- Investigate significant event deviations, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and implement corrective actions.
- Lead Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) and develop trend analysis reports.
- Manage the GxP Contractors compliance program and oversee quality/compliance programs for building support systems.
- Maintain infrastructure and compliance documentation to ensure regulatory compliance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Science or equivalent experience in quality engineering, facilities design, or production operations.
- Strong knowledge of Quality Engineering techniques, including Investigations, RCAs, CAPAs, Audit programs, and Vendor Qualification.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and diverse customer base.
