Job Summary:

We are seeking a Guest Service Expert to join our team at Residence Inn San Jose Escazu. As a Guest Service Expert, you will be responsible for creating a memorable and unique experience for our guests. This includes setting tables, communicating with the kitchen, interacting and serving guests, and cleaning work areas and supplies.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional guest service and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere
  • Communicate effectively with the kitchen and other staff members to ensure seamless service
  • Manage menu items and take orders from guests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the dining area and kitchen
  • Meet quality standards and adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
  • Availability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
