Investigations Team Supervisor

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Investigations Team Supervisor to lead our Seller Onboarding team in Arizona. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of 10-15 employees, working closely with program teams, process owners, training, workforce management, analytics, and other teams in RCO.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage individual and team performance expectations and goals, monitoring real-time service levels and schedule adherence
- Monitor key performance metrics for productivity and quality and provide guidance to constantly meet and exceed goals
- Analyze trends and proactively take action to eliminate root causes for defects
Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years people management experience
- Exposure to voice contact center operations
- Experience in seller supporting or customer-focused fields
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred and/or relevant experience
