We are seeking a highly skilled Lifecycle Services Certification Administrator to join our team at Emerson. This role is responsible for managing the certification tracking database in the Global Learning Center (GLC) and the External Global Learning Center (xGLC).
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and update data from local service organizations globally into the GLC and xGLC.
- Manage course completion information, work requirements, issue certificates, certify/recertify local service engineers/specialists, and assign them to requested certification paths/learning plans.
- Create, run, update, and publish certification reports, and assist local offices with any questions or issues they may have.
- Identify and escalate any issues with the GLC and xGLC, and access Dell TechDirect to validate completion of required training.
